The Wim Hof method will help to reset and rebalance you too. We like to approach and combine these two methods quite simply. We use WHM to reset and recharge for half an hour each day. We adopt Thermalist breathwork techniques to retrain and refocus ourselves for the other 23 and a half hours.

The sauna offers another way to embrace hormesis and its benefits as a contrast therapy. Learn about the importance of nitric oxide and how the heat stimulates levels in the blood. Nitric Oxide is a small simple molecule with the chemical formula NO. Saunas or other heat exposures can increase nitric oxide levels by stimulating blood flow and dilating blood vessels. The heat induced increase in blood flow can stimulate NO production in blood vessels’ endothelial cells. Increasing nitric oxide is associated with many health benefits.
