About Wim Hof Method

The Wim Hof method (named after Wim Hof, pictured) is routed in science and is an incredible way to develop yourself towards a happy, healthy, and strong life. We use the natural elements of breathwork and cold (ice baths) to challenge you, develop your inner strength to give you an incredible experience as well as lifelong tools to help promote your physical and mental wellbeing. I’m Edward, a certified Wim Hof Method Instructor, an open water swimming coach, a biology teacher and a leader of outdoor adventures.

I live in Cheltenham, but I‘m a Cornishman at heart. I grew up loving the outdoor life, my family’s farm in Cornwall, walking the coast path, swimming in the sea, hiking over mountains and being calm in nature.
