Once a week we’ll meet up for just 1.5 hours. You’ll begin your day with a breathwork session, set your intentions for the day and reset your mind and body.  I’ll explain some scientific principles before heading into the ice bath. From there, you can warm up and head to work feeling energised and amazing.

Itinerary

Week 1 - Introduction to our tribe, to correct breathing techniques, the concept of interoception and the biological importance of hormesis.  Your first Wim Hof breathing session.

Week 2 - We'll start outside, connect to the nature around us and then head to the studio to focus on our Wim Hof breathing session.  Today we'll experience the power of the ice bath.

Week 3 - We'll introduce a fresh warm up, continued development of breathing techniques as we dive into our breath work session followed by the ice bath.  We'll discuss the importance of breathing physiology.

Week 4 - Our breathing goes deeper, we'll channel our thoughts internally to reset the mindset and create our focus.  The science of our autonomic nervous system is explained and you'll enjoy an ice bath.

Week 5 - Developing warm up ideas as we head into the breathing session.  Set your daily intentions and learn about the science behind the ice bath and cold water therapy.  We'll finish in the ice.

Week 6 -  Connect to each other, to nature and to yourself.  This final week, we'll bring all our knowledge together, enjoy a great breathing session, an energising ice bath and head out for the rest of your day feeling amazing.

Information

Put yourself in the expert hands of a certified WHM Instructor to learn the 3 pillars of the Wim Hof Method: Breathing Technique, Cold Exposure & Commitment. Find out how you can utilize oxygen and cold exposure to optimize body & mind, and learn about the underlying physiology.

These workshops are limited to 12 participants for a great experience. The intimate quality allows for personal attention, and feedback tailored to you. Whether you are looking to improve mental or physical performance, relieve symptoms related to an illness, or are just curious to find out what the Wim Hof Method is all about— our 6 week reset and recharge course offers something for everyone.

The course kicks off with an introduction to the Wim Hof Method, and always includes a breathing session and an (optional) ice bath. There is always time for reflection, and for us to support you throughout

If you have no prior experience with cold exposure, we recommend you finish your showers cold in the days leading up to the workshop. This may be overwhelming at first, but just try to relax, focus on your breath, and bring it into a controlled, steady rhythm.

Who is this course for?

This workshop is suitable for everyone, but does require a basic level of health. Out of precaution, we advise against participation during pregnancy, or if you are epileptic. People with cardiovascular issues, or any other serious health conditions should always consult a medical professional before starting the Wim Hof Method.

I'm passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves and each other through cold water, nature and health.

I studied Zoology and Marine biology at university. I love the great outdoors and its natural beauty.  I'm a qualified biology teacher and open water swimming coach.

In my own life, my family has endured personal tragedy through the suicide of my brother. This led me to raise money for and awareness of bi-polar and mental health. Taking care of my own mental wellbeing was never more important when I was made redundant in 2015. I felt worthless in myself and I care passionately about people finding their own strength to pursue individual dreams and goals.

I use contrast therapy, heat and ice daily to support my own health and wellness. Every morning I enjoy an ice bath in the garden. It's the perfect start to my day.

I can't wait to share my knowledge with you and support your own personal journeys.
