Information

Put yourself in the expert hands of a certified WHM Instructor to learn the 3 pillars of the Wim Hof Method: Breathing Technique, Cold Exposure & Commitment. Find out how you can utilize oxygen and cold exposure to optimize body & mind, and learn about the underlying physiology.

These workshops are limited to 12 participants for a great experience. The intimate quality allows for personal attention, and feedback tailored to you. Whether you are looking to improve mental or physical performance, relieve symptoms related to an illness, or are just curious to find out what the Wim Hof Method is all about— our 6 week reset and recharge course offers something for everyone.

The course kicks off with an introduction to the Wim Hof Method, and always includes a breathing session and an (optional) ice bath. There is always time for reflection, and for us to support you throughout

If you have no prior experience with cold exposure, we recommend you finish your showers cold in the days leading up to the workshop. This may be overwhelming at first, but just try to relax, focus on your breath, and bring it into a controlled, steady rhythm.

Who is this course for?

This workshop is suitable for everyone, but does require a basic level of health. Out of precaution, we advise against participation during pregnancy, or if you are epileptic. People with cardiovascular issues, or any other serious health conditions should always consult a medical professional before starting the Wim Hof Method.

Thermalist Instructor

I'm passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves and each other through cold water, nature and health.

I studied Zoology and Marine biology at university. I love the great outdoors and its natural beauty.  I'm a qualified biology teacher and open water swimming coach.

In my own life, my family has endured personal tragedy through the suicide of my brother. This led me to raise money for and awareness of bi-polar and mental health. Taking care of my own mental wellbeing was never more important when I was made redundant in 2015. I felt worthless in myself and I care passionately about people finding their own strength to pursue individual dreams and goals.

I use contrast therapy, heat and ice daily to support my own health and wellness. Every morning I enjoy an ice bath in the garden. It's the perfect start to my day.

I can't wait to share my knowledge with you and support your own personal journeys.
